Rust에서 String 벡터의 요소를 수정하려 할 때 발생하는 borrow checker 오류

벡터에 저장된 문자열들의 첫 글자를 대문자로 변경하는 과제를 수행 중입니다. for 루프를 통해 각 요소에 접근하여 값을 수정하려고 합니다.
